Everything I create in my shop is made from local trees from southern Ca. I specilize in natural edge bowls. My natural edge bowls usually have the bark on them but some dont but one thing is sure they are gnarly and all are one of a kind. I do make round bowls also out of Norfolk Pine, Star Pine, and Bunya Pine.
Career
Yes wood turning is an obsession with me. Every morning I walk out to my shop and am just as exited as to what I am about to create as I was many years ago when I started wood turning. I have been a wood worker for 30 years doing cabinets, furniture and anything else I could think of out of wood. Wood turning is what I want to do for the rest of my life as long as I am able.

I have been doing art shows up and down the Ca. coast for several years and almost every one says they have never seen anything like this before.
